How is Nooke pronounced?
Nooke is pronounced as /noo-KUH/. It's nook with a hard 'k'.
What payment methods does Nooke accept?
- Credit card / debit card via Paypal (No account required. Choose Paypal at the checkout. Click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".)
- Bank deposit / online transfer via BPI and BDO (This payment method is not available at checkout. Click here to fill out payment form.)
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you have any questions about the status of your order, you can reach us here or through email@example.com.
Can I change an order after it has been placed?
We do our best to attend to all orders immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
What does Preowned/Vintage mean?
Some of our items are acquired from antique stores and thrift shops. These limited pieces are restored and cleaned to be in the best possible condition. Although they will not be perfect, this is what makes them unique. Preowned/Vintage items are marked final sale.
What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. These are usually Preowned/Vintage items or items that have been reduced in price. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the item and its condition, please contact us before placing your order.
Does Nooke ship outside of Metro Manila?
We only deliver within Metro Manila (for now). For special shipping arrangements, you can request here.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For standard items, 3-5 business days after payment has been made.
For oversize furniture items (via truck delivery), 5-7 business day after payment has been made.
Why was I charged additional shipping fee?
Shipping fee is calculated depending on chargeable weight. Orders with oversize items may be charged extra for truck delivery services. See our shipping chart for more details.
What is Nooke's return policy?
We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged.
All products are inspected before being shipped to ensure quality items are being sent to you. In the event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report damage. It will be exchanged with a new stock (subject to stock availability) or you will be given a refund.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
